Your realtor submits your offer. Once it's accepted, you sign the contract, put down the earnest money deposit and the inspection period begins.

My team and I build your file while the inspector checks the home and the appraiser confirms its value. Then we send it to underwriting and clear every condition.

Your loan is approved! You receive your Closing Disclosure with the final numbers and we set the closing date and time.

You sign the final papers and get your keys. From contract to closing usually takes about 30–45 days.
